Install the Office Lunch Management app for Slack to remind teammates to opt in for lunch and announce the winning restaurant — all without leaving the workspace you already use every day.
You'll need an Office Lunch Management account to connect a Slack workspace.
Opt-in reminders
Schedule a daily DM that asks teammates whether they want in on lunch. One click opts them in.
Winner notifications
When voting closes, the chosen restaurant is announced to every participant automatically.
Per-workspace setup
Connect a separate Slack workspace for each organization you administer. Admins control the install.
How it works

Sign in as an admin
Sign in to Office Lunch Management as the owner or admin of the organization you want to connect.

Click "Add to Slack"
You will be redirected to Slack to authorize the app for the workspace you choose.

Pick the workspace
Approve the requested scopes. We only request the permissions we need to send DMs and look up users by email.

You are done
Members are matched to their Slack accounts by email. Reminders and winner notifications start flowing.
