How do I install the Slack app?
Sign in as the owner or admin of your organization, go to Admin → Integrations → Slack, and click "Connect Slack workspace". You can also start from the /slack page.
Why are some teammates not getting Slack DMs?
We match Slack accounts to Office Lunch members by email address. Make sure each teammate uses the same email in both products, then run "Sync member links" from Admin → Integrations → Slack.
How do I disconnect the Slack integration?
Go to Admin → Integrations → Slack and click "Disconnect". This removes the stored bot token and member links for that workspace immediately.
Can I change which days reminders are sent?
Yes — each user can edit their own reminder days and timezone from /slack/preferences.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel from your account billing settings. Email us if you run into trouble and we will sort it out.
